Guest Bedroom is set up as a den. The sofa has a pullout drawer when opened is 2 twin beds, 1 reg height, one lower. There is a glass coffee table and end table a small dresser and night stand. This room also has an ensuite with ceramic tiled floors, a vanity with hand painted sink, toilet, a combination tub/shower with a sliding glass door. There are sheets, blankets, & pillows for twin or King beds, towels and bath mat.
Full Kitchen has a side- by-side frig with ice and water in the door, an electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses and mugs. There are tea towels and dishcloths. The counterop is tiled in white with a white Kolar sink. Window coverings are with Plantation shutters
Dining room has a glass table with 4 highback rattan chairs.
Living room has an entertainment unit, cable TV, full sofa, 2 lounge chair, rattan side chair, rattan coffee table and matching end tables with lamps.
Florida room is at the back of the villa and runs 23' long. It has double doors from both the living room and the master bedroom which open into it, showing off the wonderful pool view. It also has sliding windows on 3 sides allowing the breezes to filter through the entire house.It is furnished with a huge lounge chair, a glass table and 4 chairs
There is a covered carport, and outside patio with table and chairs and 2 lounges.
The house is about 1200 sq foot, with an attached carport, attached is the laundry room with washer and dryer. On the other side of the laundry room, is our roof mate and neighbor. Directly behind the house is the heated pool.
